What we collect

The “Send form details” button posts to Formspree: company, contact name, email, phone, tender, notice link or number, deadline, language, platform, estimated value, comparable work, a short sentence on the subject, and notes. Formspree delivers that to lukasz@biddesk.pl. The specification and references (PDF/ZIP) go in a separate email to the same address, not onto biddesk.pl. There is no chat and we do not host your PDFs.

If you book 15 minutes, Cal.com processes the booking. If you pay 1 690 zł / €390 by card, Stripe processes the payment. Formspree, Cal.com and Stripe have their own policies once you leave biddesk.pl.

Cookies

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Cal.com and Stripe may set their own when you reach their domains.

Lawful basis and retention

Correspondence and job files: performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). They live in the job folder, not in an upload cloud. After the engagement: as long as accounts and limitation periods require.

Rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, complaint to your EU supervisory authority. Write to lukasz@biddesk.pl.
